I Won The Wiltshire Music Teacher Award

It seems just like yesterday when I was contemplating leaving my day job to become a full time drum teacher and musician,  talking and planning with my wife about how and if it’s possible, dealing with the unknown and worrying if I could make it work.  Fast forward a few  years and I can officially say I’m an award winning music teacher “dam that feels good to say.”  Last week I was awarded the honour of being awarded the Wiltshire Inclusive Music Award.

Anyway!  I’ve never been in the game for awards but just to inspire and get people to have fun playing drums but I have to admit its a honour to win an award for something I love.

Id like to thank a few people firstly all my students for being awesome and inspiring to me, who motivate me every single

Thank you to the families that invest in me and my business and for allowing me to do what I love, day in day out.

Thank you to the schools and the music teacher who allow me to partner with them and teach their students.

Thank you to my band mates, as much as they drive me mad for giving me a vessel to hone my skills as a player.

And finally, to my wife for all the support over the years
